Clean and Bright for Sales Day and Night

Submitted by Mammoth on Sun, 04/01/2012 - 08:20

Sign Sign Cleaning can equal Spring Green in your pocket!

The last couple of months at Mammoth have been spent building and installing signs we’ve been planning for, but March and April are spring time, and that the time when we need to take a step outside, and look at our businesses critically to see if the lighting, signage, and overall image of our business is up to snuff. Forget looking at it to see of everything is all right, but instead, imagine if the sign was a little brighter, or if the shrubs are infringing on the sign enough to make it hard to read, if the colors are clean and bright. Little changes happen to signs and our businesses over time, gradually. And we never realize the huge impact they can have. Here are some thing to look for, and the ways to address them. Most of the time it’s a good DIY job for you or a team member, but if you don’t have time, that’s where Mammoth can help.

Obtaining permission for your business signs and variance requests.

Applying for Sign Permits & Obtaining a Variance
Most people going into business assume they can get the signage they need easily and are typically unaware they must first get a permit from their local government. Every city has its own sign code and the requirements can be very different from one city to another. Greenville NC has recently added new restrictions and we anticipate that the enforcement will continue to increase.  The age old "It's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission" approach isn't helpul estabishing a good working relationship with your local oficials.  Mammoth's sign professionals will either know the local code or check it as part of their process in developing your sign design.  but if there is trouble getting what you want, you can expect to engage with the city for a variance or special exception. Here's how.
